- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates, volunteers and all members/clients/participants to accept and abide by the Sing Fabulous Ltd Code of Conduct, Terms & Conditions, Policies and Regulations.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates and volunteers to behave with integrity and in a manner which is honest, responsible, respectful, fair, kind, courteous and showing consideration at all times to Sing Fabulous Ltd/it’s creator/founder and all other Sing Fabulous Ltd associates, volunteers, members/clients/participants, their families and the public.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates and volunteers to conduct themselves professionally in ways including but not limited to; arriving in good time before a rehearsal/lesson/session or a performance/concert/event takes place to prepare and set-up, maintaining an appropriate appearance, cooperating and interacting positively with others, consistently delivering the highest standard of content, instruction, teaching, presenting, guidance, etc., and ensuring all continued-professional-development, all other areas of knowledge, skills and required insurances are maintained and kept ‘up-to-date’.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates and volunteers to use best practice including but not limited to; using rehearsal/lesson/session plans, appropriate content for progressing members/clients/participants and recognising the need for extra support/addressing individual support, understanding and completing risk assessments, and First Aid training/certification, etc.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd will ensure that venues provide a safe clean space/facilities and Sing Fabulous Ltd/it’s creator/founder expects all associates and volunteers to follow Health & Safety guidelines and safe practices for a healthy and safe environment for all, including but not limited; to completing risk assessments, attendance records, etc., as standard procedure and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates and volunteers to abide by GDPR UK Law and respect the confidentiality and privacy of any sensitive information they may have access to during their association/volunteer period with Sing Fabulous Ltd including but not limited to; access to general data information i.e. being notified of a health condition provided by a member/client/participant upon making a booking/registering for membership, and as required for safe practice for a choir rehearsal that the associate/volunteer may be facilitating on behalf of Sing Fabulous Ltd/it’s creator/founder, and/or access to business information, i.e. Sing Fabulous Ltd ‘Original Content’ and/or Sing Fabulous Ltd intellectual property. Any unauthorised use or disclosure of private and confidential information is strictly prohibited.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates and volunteers to ensure that their own personal views, beliefs, private opinions and/or political interests, etc., do not affect or conflict their interactions or dealings with/on behalf of Sing Fabulous Ltd.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates and volunteers to avoid situations that a create conflict of interest between their own personal interests and those of Sing Fabulous Ltd/it’s creator/founder. All associates and volunteers must disclose any conflict of interest to Sing Fabulous Ltd/it’s creator/founder as soon as possible. Should a conflict of interest arise it will be identified and managed.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd will respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted materials, trademarks, patents and logos, while simultaneously protecting Sing Fabulous Ltd ‘Original Content’, intellectual property, copyrighted materials and logos, etc.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd will engage in fair and ethical business practices avoiding any practices that may cause harm to the integrity of the industry or competitors.

- Sing Fabulous Ltd will adhere to all industry standards, all regulations and applicable laws that govern this business.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd will ensure that evidence of certification with/checks by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), evidence of certified training and qualifications, copies of personal PLI, etc., all form part of the recruitment process of all associates and volunteers.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd will ensure accurate financial records and reporting practices are maintained.
Summary:
- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates and volunteers to carry themselves in a way that represents and supports the vision, mission, ethos, ethics and policies of Sing Fabulous Ltd.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd will provide on-going guidance and/or training to all associates and volunteers on the Code of Conduct, Terms & Conditions, Policies, Regulations and on all procedures.
- Sing Fabulous Ltd expects all associates and volunteers to report any concerns or contravention of this Code of Conduct, Terms & Conditions, Regulations and/or Policies, to ensure a fair and timely response to investigate and address any issues raised.
- It is important for all Sing Fabulous Ltd associates and volunteers to understand and to adhere to the guidelines of this Code of Conduct at all times to ensure a positive environment for all. If any individual is unable to abide by or fails to comply with this Code of Conduct, they will no longer be allowed to remain in the role of associate and/or volunteer for/remain a member/client/participant of Sing Fabulous Ltd.
