Sing Fabulous Choir Membership:

Sing Fabulous Choir membership is offered to nurture and develop natural vocal ability. Using unique elements Sing Fabulous Ltd creates space for singing holistically with creative self-expression, enhancing physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, supporting personal musical development while accessing the benefits of singing with a larger vocal group.
The Sing Fabulous Choir is an adult choir for members aged over 18yrs.
Sing Fabulous Choir members agree to all Sing Fabulous Ltd Full Terms & Conditions and Policies.
Membership of the Sing Fabulous Choir is non-transferrable.
Sing Fabulous Ltd offers a free ‘taster’ to all new choir members, available through the Sing Fabulous website.
The Sing Fabulous Choir aligns with the academic year providing three choir terms comprising of Sept-Dec, Jan-April and May-August, offering 12 rehearsal sessions each term and natural breaks for half-terms, national holidays, etc. To enhance choir member experience any choir term may include a performance(s)/concert(s)/ event(s), a ‘Super-Sing’ choir session (choir members from all areas) and/or a specialist vocal lesson/session event as a choir rehearsal session replacement. Scheduling of choir terms including rehearsals/lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events, etc., is at the discretion of the Sing Fabulous Ltd Director (who is also the Founder).
All Sing Fabulous Choir membership is ‘term-by-term’ with fees paid by monthly subscription, (see Fees) and includes a free T-shirt, access to all music resources and content including any in-person/online rehearsals/ lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events, etc., and any other choir related membership resources provided by Sing Fabulous Ltd.
Access to Sing Fabulous Choir resources including but not limited to; music files, lyrics, T-shirts, hoodies, etc., can be found through the Sing Fabulous website and is available to active choir members only, i.e. choir members who regularly attend all rehearsals and are currently paying fees.
A free Sing Fabulous T-shirt is supplied upon membership registration with the Sing Fabulous Choir and may be worn for performances as guided by the Director/Founder. Other attire is available through the members area of the Sing Fabulous website and guidance on additional performance wear will be provided by the Director/Founder at their discretion, depending on performances, concerts, events, etc.
All Sing Fabulous Choir members agree to engage positively with the Sing Fabulous Ltd Director/Founder, choir leaders, associates, etc., and with other choir members in learning new material, arrangements, harmonies, etc., and agree to commit to regular attendance where possible to enjoy the best in choral activities and to support all other choir members in reaching the highest level for all in their choir achievements. In addition choir members agree to follow other guidance from the Director/Founder, choir leaders/associates regarding terms and conditions, policies, etc., i.e. the Sing Fabulous Ltd Health & Safety Policy, during all Sing Fabulous Choir rehearsal(s)/lesson(s)/session(s) and/or performance(s)/concert(s)/event(s).
Sing Fabulous Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for personal wellbeing, health, medical conditions, etc., for damages/losses to choir members and/or their personal belongings, property, etc., before/during/after a Sing Fabulous Ltd free ‘taster’, ‘in-person’/’online’ rehearsals/lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events.
Sing Fabulous Ltd is not responsible for travel arrangements of choirs members to/from any Sing Fabulous Choir rehearsal(s)/lesson(s)/session(s) and/or performance(s)/concert(s)/event(s). In exceptional circumstances transport may be provided for choir members i.e. to a performance venue, and in such situations full details will be supplied in advance. It is the responsibility of all choir members to arrive in good time for the start of all rehearsal(s)/lesson(s)/session(s) and/or performance(s)/concert(s)/event(s).
Sing Fabulous Ltd will sometimes provide ‘pop-up’ choirs for young people by request and where there is demand for a local choir with members aged 18yrs and under. All choir members aged under 18yrs and their parent(s)/guardian(s) agree to all Sing Fabulous Ltd Full Terms & Conditions and Policies, in particular adhering to all additional relevant policies including the Sing Fabulous Ltd Safeguarding Policy. All parent(s)/guardian(s) agree to assume all risks and responsibilities for their child before/during/after any Sing Fabulous rehearsal(s)/ lesson(s)/session(s) and/or performance(s)/concert(s)/event(s).
Sing Fabulous Ltd has Full Public Liability Insurance.

Original Content:

All ‘Original Content’ created by Sing Fabulous Ltd/the Director/Founder, including but not limited to ‘Original Content’ provided by Sing Fabulous Ltd for; ‘in-person’/‘online’ choir rehearsals/lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events, etc., and/or ideas, teachings, techniques, resources, music, audio/visual recordings, training, books, etc., is owned by Sing Fabulous Ltd/the Director/Founder, and protected by copyright law. Any Third Party’s ‘Original Content’ will be made known by Sing Fabulous Ltd/the Director/ Founder and will be protected by it’s own creator’s copyright.
Any choir member(s)/accompanying person(s), etc., that attend any ‘in-person’/‘online’ Sing Fabulous Ltd rehearsals/lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events, etc., agrees not to copy, teach, emulate, replicate, reproduce, record, film, photograph, share, upload to the Internet or Social Media, broadcast with, perform with or circulate Sing Fabulous Ltd ‘Original Content’ to anyone or use any of Sing Fabulous Ltd/the Director/Founder’s, ‘Original Content’ ideas, techniques or resources provided in any way by themselves as their own creation, content or teachings at any other workshop, in rehearsals, lessons, sessions, classes, courses, performances, concerts or at any other event, etc., either in-person, online, via Social Media or Internet, TV, Radio or in any other capacity being supplied to other groups or individuals.
All Sing Fabulous Ltd ‘Original Content’ including but not limited to; content for any Sing Fabulous Ltd rehearsals/lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events, etc., and/or resources, e-books, music, books, all merchandise, etc., is provided for personal use only.

Fees:

Sing Fabulous Choir membership is offered on a ‘term-by-term’ basis with each choir term consisting of four months and fees of £96 due per choir term paid as a monthly subscription of £24 per month.
By registering via the Sing Fabulous website Sing Fabulous Choir members agree to the ‘term-by-term’ condition of their choir membership and to pay the £96 fees due for each choir term as a monthly subscription of £24.
Although it’s recommended to join the Sing Fabulous Choir at the start of a choir term, registration for Sing Fabulous Choir membership is available at any time during a choir term. After a free ‘taster’ session choir term fees will be adjusted to align with the initial period of choir membership if it is shorter than the starting/joining choir term. Full fees of £96 are due for all other choir terms without exception.
Sing Fabulous Choir membership fees will be reviewed annually and members will be notified in advance of any updates or changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Unfortunately refunds are not offered for any missed or unattended Sing Fabulous Choir rehearsals/lessons/ sessions and/or performances/concerts/events.
Refunds are only offered due to extremely unusual, exceptional, individual circumstances or ‘Force Majeure’ (see below) and always only at the discretion of Sing Fabulous Ltd, it’s Director/Founder.
To cancel choir membership or take a temporary break from the Sing Fabulous Choir four weeks notice prior to the end of a choir term should be sent in writing (via email) to Sing Fabulous Ltd. Current/partially used choir term membership will be charged at the full choir term rate.

Photography, Filming, Recording & Publicity:

Sing Fabulous Ltd will sometimes photograph, film or make audio recordings of rehearsals/lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events for publicity, advertising or other usage on the Sing Fabulous website and/or Social Media channels and other media.
All Sing Fabulous Ltd members, students, participants, clients, etc., can choose to give ‘Photography, Filming, Recording & Publicity Consent’ to Sing Fabulous Ltd allowing them to be included in any rehearsals/ lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events, etc., that are photographed/filmed/recorded by Sing Fabulous Ltd.
Sing Fabulous Ltd members, students, participants, clients, etc., are under no obligation to give ‘Photography, Filming, Recording & Publicity Consent’ or to agree to being included in Sing Fabulous Ltd rehearsals/ lessons/sessions and/or performances/concerts/events etc., that will be photographed/filmed/recorded and can choose to ‘Opt-Out’ of ‘Photography, Filming, Recording & Publicity Consent’.
Sing Fabulous Ltd does not permit any audience members to record audio, take video footage, film or photograph live performances, concerts and events, etc., in the interest of protecting Sing Fabulous Ltd, it’s members, students, participants and clients and for the prevention of unauthorised usage of any ‘Original Content’ within recordings i.e. being uploaded via the Internet, which would potentially breach copyright law.

Privacy Policy:

Sing Fabulous Ltd is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of visitors to this website, to all who register for choir membership or book singing lessons/vocal coaching sessions.
Data protection is taken very seriously at Sing Fabulous Ltd and this Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data is collected from you, is provided by you and how Sing Fabulous Ltd will process it.

Information Provided By You:

This will be the information gathered when you complete a form for membership on this website www.singfabulous.com or when you correspond directly with Sing Fabulous Ltd via phone, email, text or other means.
When joining as member or making booking(s) as a student, participant or client, or buying merchandise, other information like a postal address may be required.

How The Information Provided Will Be Used:

This information will only be used to administer and provide Sing Fabulous Ltd services including your membership, membership offers, information, details of singing lessons/vocal coaching sessions, to keep you updated and informed and to provide opportunities to members, students, participants, clients and/or to administer and provide Sing Fabulous Ltd services and/or booking information/details.
At times Sing Fabulous Ltd may contact current/past members/students/participants/clients regarding offers and discounts and to notify of important changes and updates to services.
All reasonable technical and administrative precautions are taken to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of all personal information.
All personal data is held and used, once it is collected or provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and the subsequent legislation the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
Sing Fabulous Ltd will not share your personal information with any third party expect under the following exceptional circumstances:

If required by law to share your data.
We have your explicit consent to pass data to a named third party.

Payments:

Sing Fabulous Ltd does not store, hold or keep any financial information about Sing Fabulous Ltd members, students, participants or clients on our website, or on our computers, hard drives, etc.
Third party providers i.e. GoCardless carry out all financial transactions including payments for membership, lessons/sessions and/or merchandise. At the checkout you will leave the Sing Fabulous website and your transaction will take place on the GoCardless website.

Your Rights:

At any time you may instruct Sing Fabulous Ltd to provide you with a copy of any personal data/information held.
At any time you may instruct Sing Fabulous Ltd to correct or delete your information.
At any time you can request to be removed from any marketing emails or newsletters.
When data processing is based on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time via email.
If you feel your privacy rights have been infringed you may at any time complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Feedback, Resolving Issues:

To share positive feedback regarding Sing Fabulous Choir membership, the website, etc., please email so there is potential to offer more of what Sing Fabulous Ltd does best.
Should a choir member’s experience with Sing Fabulous Ltd not meet expectation or provide 100% satisfaction, if there are any issues to highlight or choir members feel some things could be improved upon, please contact Sing Fabulous Ltd in writing via email.
All positive feedback and/or any other issues should be sent to info@singfabulous.com and the ‘Subject Box’ should read either ‘Feedback’ or ‘Complaint’. All emails will receive a response.
For matters of complaint that need investigation a reference number will be issued and an initial 14-day period will provide opportunity to follow a Complaints Procedure. Choir members will be kept informed at all times during the handling of their complaint.

When registering for Choir Membership you agree to all Sing Fabulous Ltd Terms & Conditions. Sing Fabulous Ltd reserves the right to revise and update the above Terms and Conditions at any time.
